膀胱癌中TGF-β_1血清含量检测的意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)表达与膀胱癌的关系。方法:应用酶联免疫吸附实验(双抗体夹心法)检测膀胱癌患者血清中TGF-β1的含量。结果:膀胱癌患者血清中TGF-β1含量与对照组相比差异具有显著性(P<0.01),且与膀胱癌的病理分级,临床分期有一定关系(P<0.05)。结论:TGF-β1含量检测可以作为评估膀胱癌预后的客观指标。Purpose：To study the relationship between expression of TGF-β1 and invasion and metastasis of bladder cancer.Methods：ELISA was used to examine TGF-β1 in serum of patients with bladder cancer.Results：Compared to the control group,TGF-β1 level in patients serum was higher（P〈0.01）,And TGF-β1 level had relationship with pathological and clinical stages of bladder cancer.Conclusions：Examination of TGF-β1 could be used as an index which could evaluate prognosis of bladder cancer.
