摘 要:目的阐述义齿打磨混合性粉尘的致肺纤维化作用。方法将42只大鼠分为7组:即高剂量(20gL)、中剂量(10gL)及低剂量(5gL)混合性粉尘实验组,高剂量(20gL)、中剂量(10gL)及低剂量(5gL)矽尘实验组,以及0.9%氯化钠溶液对照组,每组6只。采用非暴露式气管内注入染尘法分别注入混合性粉尘、矽尘及0.9%氯化钠溶液,1个月后处死,取股静脉血作血清铜蓝蛋白测定以及羟脯氨酸含量测定,并取肺组织作病理切片观察。结果注入混合性粉尘大鼠的血清铜蓝蛋白和羟脯氨酸测定结果与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01),病理切片显示混合性粉尘引起肺组织不同程度的纤维化改变,但其程度明显较同剂量矽尘组轻。结论混合性义齿打磨粉尘对大鼠肺组织有致纤维化作用。Objeetive To study the effect of denture milling dust on the pathogenesis of pulmonary fibrosis in rats. Methods Forty two rats were divided into 7 groups equably: in 6 experimental groups the animals were intratracheally injected with denture milling dust or silicon dust of high dose( 20g/L}, middle dose (10g/L) and low dose (5g/L) respectively; in the control group animals were injected with 0.9% sodium chloride solution. Rats were sacrificed after one month of injection and the lung specimens were taken.The tissue specimens were examined pathologically and the ceruloplasmin and hydroxyproline levels were measured. Results The ceruloplasmin and hydroxyproline levels in lung of rats of denture milling dust groups were significant higher than those in control group (P〈0.05 and 0.01). Fibrosis was observed in lung tissues of milling dust group, but it was not as severe as in silicon dust group. Conclusions The denture milling dust can lead to pulmonary fibrosis of rats.
