摘　　要：如何科学、合理、客观、公正地评价研究生培养单位和学科建设的质量、水平和综合竞争力,是政府管理部门、所有培养单位、广大教师、学生以及社会各界人士都十分关注的重要课题,也是摆在教育评价机构和评价人员面前的一项非常重要而紧迫的任务。How to evaluate the quality, level, and overall competition ability of graduate colleges and their disciplinary construction in a scientific and objective way has attracted the attention of a lot of people, including government departments, graduate colleges, teachers, students, and people in different social fields. This issue is also an important and urgent assignment for the education evaluation institutions and the estimators.
