摘 要:目的:优选三味正气康溶液喷雾干燥的最佳工艺条件。方法:应用正交设计法,以药粉产量为考察指标,时影响三味正气康水溶液喷雾干燥过程的因素进行考察。结果:正交试验法设计的三个因素中,溶液的相对密度影响显著,其次为进样速度,同时进风温度也有很大影响。结论:三味正气康喷雾干燥颗粒制备的最佳工艺条件为:入塔风温:75℃,进样速度: 0.45 ml·s-1,溶液相对密度:0.42 g·ml-1。Objective: To optimize the process of spray-drying of Sanweizhengqikang solution. Method: The orthogonal experimental design was used, The average output of powder of every experiment was taken as the detective index. The factors which influence the process of spray-drying of Sanweizhengqikang solution were investigated. Result: The relative density of the solution ranked the first place as the influence factors of the three, the rate of infusion and the wind temperature also had notable influence on the spray drying. Conclusion : The best condition of process is as follows : the wind temperature is 75 ℃ ; the rate of infusion is 0, 45 ml·s^-1 and the relative density 0.42 g·ml^-1.
