摘　　要：分析了创业企业家资源禀赋的重要性,分别探讨了创业企业家资源禀赋与创业资本积累、创业机会认知、创业决策选择的辨证关系,勾勒了相关逻辑关系图,建立了资源禀赋与创业机会、创业企业家、创业决策的协调机制,并给出了详细说明。This paper analyzes the importance of start-up enterprises＇ resource natural quality, discusses the dialectic relationship among start-up enterprises＇ resource natural quality and start-up resource accumulation and start-up chance recognition and start-up decision choice. The authors describe corresponding logistic relationship graph, set up the coordination mechanism among resource natural quality and start-up chance, start-up entrepreneur and start-up decision, and also give detailed explanation.
