摘　　要：技术标准合作已成为企业集聚的重要目的和纽带,并促进高技术企业集群的虚拟化发展。基于技术标准合作的高技术企业虚拟集群是全球化与网络经济条件下的一种重要产业组织形式,具有自己的性质和基本特征。Technology standard cooperation has become the important purpose and link of the high-tecta enterprise agglomeration and has promoted virtualized development of high-tech enterprise clusters. High- tech enterprise virtual cluster based on technology standard cooperation is an important industrial organization in the atmosphere of globalized market and network economy, and has essential properties and features.
