输尿管囊肿15例的诊断及治疗

摘　　要：【目的】探讨输尿管囊肿的诊治方法。【方法】15例患者术前均由B超或IVU、膀胱镜检查确诊。行开放性手术治疗11例,经尿道手术4例。【结果】15例手术均一次手术治疗成功,开放性手术平均时间102min,术后平均住院11.5 d,腔内手术平均61.5 min,术后平均住院4.8 d。【结论】B超结合IVU、膀胱镜检查可以提高确诊率。开放性囊肿切开去顶术是基本治疗方法;当存在输尿管返流时,应行输尿管膀胱抗返流吻合术;经尿道的腔内手术可以减少手术创伤及术后并发症,缩短手术及住院时间。[Objective]To evaluate the diagnosis and treatment of 15 cases of ureterocele. [Methods]The diagnosis was made by ultrasonography, IVP and cystoscopy before operation. Eleven cases were treated by transvesical ureterocele excisions, transurethral excisions of ureteroceles were carried out for the other 4 patients. [Results]All 15 cases were cured. Average surgical time and average hospital stay of open surgery and endourologic surgery were 102 min. 11.5d and 61.5 rain,4.8d respectively. [Conclusion]Ultrasonography in combination with IVP and cystoscopy may improve the accurate diagnosis rate of ureteroceles. The open operation is the usual methods of treatment, while transurethral excisions of them are less traumatic and may shorten hospital stay time. If vesicoureteral reflux is severe postoperatively, reimplantation of ureter to the urinary bladder should be done.
