摘　　要：本文在介绍了全过程造价管理和价值工程的基本概念基础上,论述了价值工程在全过程造价管理中的运用方法。This paper firstly introduces the concepts of whole-process cost management and value engineering ,and then explores the methods of application of value engineering to the whole-process cost management.
