摘  要:利用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对水稻秧苗针叶期的酶粗提液进行酯酶同工酶(EST)电泳分析结果表明:天优122不但具备父母本互补酶带EST3、Est4,同时也具备父本酶带Est7及母本酶带Est11、Est12,F1与双亲的酯酶酶带强弱有差异;而培杂双七不但具备父母本互补酶带Est3、Est4,同时也具备父本酶带Est8、Est9、Est10、Est11和Est12,F1与双亲的酯酶酶带强弱也有差异,说明利用酯酶同工酶鉴定杂交稻品种天优122、培杂双七的种子纯度是可行的。Using polycrylamide gel electrophorcsis method to analyse esterase isozyme of enzyme extract of seedling in needle stage. The study showed that Tianyou 122 not only possesses Est3, Est4 mutual complementary zymic band of parents, but also possesses Est7 zymic band of father and Est11, Est12 zymic band of mather. F1 and parents have different darkness of esterase band. And Peiza shuanggi also possesses mutual complementary( Est3, Est4 ) zymic band of parents, and possesses zymic band of father (Est8, Est9, Est10, Est12 ). F1 and its parents have different darkness of esterase zymic band as well. The results elucidated that using esterase isozyme to identify the purity of hybrid rice seed Tianyou 122,Peiza shuanggi is feasibility.
