灸少商、隐白治疗痰气郁结型郁症60例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察灸少商、隐白治疗痰气郁结型郁症患者的临床疗效。方法:60例痰气郁结型郁症患者分为灸法药物组和对照组进行治疗。结果:治疗组治愈9例,显效11例,有效7例,无效3例,总有效率90.0%;对照组治愈5例,显效10例,有效7例,无效8例,总有效率73.3%。两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:灸少商、隐白能够有效提高痰气郁结型郁症患者的治疗效果。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of moxibustion into Shaoshang and Yinbai point in treating depression caused by vital energy and phlegm stagnation. Method：60 patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was treated with moxibustion and western drugs and the control group was treated with western drugs. Result：In the treatment group,9 cases cured, 11 cases significantly effective, 7 cases effective, 3 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 90. 0%. In the control group, 5 cases cured, 10 cases significantly effective, 7 cases effective, 8 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 73.3%. The difference between the two groups was notable （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Moxibustion into Shaoshang and Yibai point can improve the effect of treating depression caused by vital energy and phlegm stagnation.
