摘　　要：指出西部高校图书馆应当抓住时机,从图书馆内部和图书馆与读者两个层面入手,增强服务意识,提高服务质量。The paper has points out that university libraries in west China must make the opportunity of being assessed by National Education Ministry. It must strengthen service consciousness and improve service quality in two aspects： internal library and library readers.
