摘　　要：厄米性是量子力学中算符的一个非常重要的物理特性,全面正确地掌握判定算符厄米性的充要条件,对我们顺利地进行量子力学学习与研究将起到非常重要的作用。就动量算符^P为例对算符厄米性的充要条件作具体的说明与必要的推理,为准确、深刻地认识厄米算符奠定必要的理论基础。Hermitianity is a very important physical character to operators in quantum mechanics. It will play an important role to study and research quantum mechanics for us if we can acknowledge the condition to determine the Hermitianity of operator. This articles takes P^ for example to give the concrete illumination and reasoning for the conditions of sufficiency and necessity to the Hermitianity of operator. It constructs the academic foundation to acknowledge it completely and correctly for us.
