天然染料茜草对亚麻织物的染色性能研究

摘　　要：采用药用植物茜草的提取液对亚麻织物进行染色,探讨了上染率的影响因素,选用氯化亚锡、重铬酸钾、硫酸铝、硫酸亚铁、硫酸铜等媒染剂,并对不同媒染剂染色后的结果进行了测定.结果表明:亚麻织物在pH 9、100℃、30 m in、浴比501∶的工艺条件下的染色效果较好,且用后媒法染色后,织物的各项牢度均在3级以上,具有一定的使用价值.The extract liquors from medical plant madder were used to dye flax fabrics. The factors affecting the dye uptake were studied. Mordants such as stannous chloride, potassium dichromate, aluminum sulfate, ferrous sulfate and copper sulfate were chosen. The dyeing results with different mordants were tested. The results showed that the dyeing effects were quite good when the flax fabrics were dyed 30 min at pH 9, 100℃ and liquor ratio 50：1. Various color fastnesses attained grade 3 at least, demonstrating the value of this process.
