摘　　要：随着高校承担各类科技项目的项数和经费数的明显提高,承担重大科技项目成为衡量高校科学研究水平、学术地位的一个重要指标。着重分析承担项目中“人”的因素和激励机制所发挥的作用及相互关系,提出相应的对策建议。With boost of the kinds and amounts of assuming S＆T projects in the university, the great parts become a important guideline that scales research level of the university. In the paper, the discussion focuses on two factors and the correlation between thegn , that it is, human orientation and incentive mechanism of the great S＆T pmjects. Relevant suggestions are brought forward.
