摘  要:目的调查舟山市大黄鱼养殖网箱内外异养细菌、弧菌、大肠菌群和粪大肠菌群等的数量分布,并研究水体中异养细菌的区系组成。方法异养细菌和弧菌的计数采用平板菌落计数法;大肠菌群和粪大肠菌群的计数采用M PN法;异养细菌参照O liver提供的海洋细菌鉴定检索图、《海洋调查规范》和《一般细菌常用鉴定方法》提供的图式鉴定至属。结果细菌的数量呈现出明显的季节性波动,并且网箱内细菌的数量要普遍高于网箱外,所分离到的细菌经鉴定可归于莫拉菌属(M orax ella)、不动细菌属(A cinetobacter)、弧菌属(V ibrio)、梭状芽胞杆菌属(C lostrid ium)和气单胞菌属(A erom onas)等11个菌属。结论通过监控网箱养殖水体中异养细菌和弧菌的数量波动,可以提前预警大黄鱼病害的发生。Objective To investigate the quantitative distribution of heterotrophic bacteria,Vibrio,colform group and faecal coliform group,and study the microbial flora of the water nearby the marine cage in Zhoushan. Methods The method of agar plate count was used to study the number of heterotrophic bacteria and Vibrio,while the quantitative distribution of coliform group and faecal coliform group were investigated by the method of MPN. The Bacterial strains were identified to the genus level according to the references. Results The numbers of such bacteria fluctuated with the changes of the seasons, and they were higher inside the cage than those outside the cage. The bacteria strains mainly belonged to Moraxella, Vibrio, Clostridium and Aeromona etc. Conclusions The diseases of Pseudosciaena crocea could be indicated by investigating the number of heterotrophic bacteria and Vibrio in the water.
