高校就业市场诚信问题探析

摘　　要：高等教育大众化时期,大学生就业难成了一种普遍的社会现象,随之而来的诚信问题已开始入侵大学生就业市场,并有愈演愈烈之势。高校教育工作者对此要予以高度重视,要对大学生就业市场诚信问题的现象和原因进行深入思考和分析,运用科学的方法进行管理、引导和教育,努力培养大学生讲诚信的基本素质,创造诚实守信的良好就业环境。At the stage of higher education popularization, the employmenfs difficulty of college graduates has become a common social phenomenon. Following that, the problem of dishonesty and unfaithfulness has invaded the market of college employment, and it is becoming more and more serious. Teachers of universities must pay enough attention to this problem. We have to ponder on this phenomenon of the honesty problem and analyze it, and then find out the root. We can apply scientific measure to govern,lead and instruct, try our best to cultivate college students＇ quality of honest and creat faithful job-hunting environment.
