摘　　要：在近代早期资产阶级改良派的经济思想中,蕴含着丰富的伦理价值。早期改良派提出“以商立国”来代替“以农为本”作为立国之本,提升了工商业的社会伦理地位;将“义利”关系与发展资本主义经济联系起来,把发展资本主义工商业作为振兴民族经济的根本途径;反对官僚垄断,主张对民族工商业实行“厚商护商”的政策。早期改良派的经济伦理思想与传统的封建经济伦理思想有本质的区别,它已属于资本主义性质的经济伦理思想。There were great ethical values in the early bougeois reformers＇ economic thoughts, who put forth the idea of “State based on Trade” instead of “Stae based on Agricuture”, which enhanced the .social ethical position for commerce by means of cormection between “profit and justice”. They took bougeois economy as the basic way for the nation. There are essential differences between the eraly reformers＇ and traditional economic ethical thoughts.
