摘　　要：目的:观察针刺大鼠“后三里”后,其针刺侧及未针刺侧胃经沿线脂肪条带结构和脑组织、肾上腺等组织提取物对受体鼠痛阈的影响。方法:针刺大鼠单侧“后三里”穴15min,将针刺侧及未针刺侧胃经沿线脂肪条带结构和脑组织、肾上腺提取物,分别接种于同种异体大鼠,测量受体鼠接种前后痛阈值。结果:接种针刺侧胃经沿线脂肪条带结构提取物后,受体鼠出现类似针刺镇痛效应。接种未针刺侧胃经沿线脂肪条带结构或脑组织、肾上腺提取物后,受体鼠的痛阈未出现有意义的变化。结论:仅同侧大鼠经络沿线脂肪条带结构在针刺后能产生镇痛因子。Objective：After acupuncture, the effects on pain threshold by heterotransplantation separataly the extract of brain,adrenal gland,and the fat strip structure along the stomach meridian of both acupunctured and non- acupunctured sides were detected. Methods ： Acupuncture “ST36” in SD rats for 15min, immediately make heterotransplantation of the extract separately from its brain, adrenal gland,and fat strip structure along the stomach meridian of both acupunctured side and non - acupunctured side. Then pain threshold was detected separately on each acceptor rat before and after transplantation. Results ： The analgesia effect of the acceptor rats received the extract from acupunctured fat strip structure along the stomach is similar to that of the acupunctured ones, but that received extract from non - acupunctured fat strip structure along the stomach meridian or brain, adrenal gland, the pain threshold do not change significantly. Conclusion ：Analgesia factors are only produced in the fat strip structure along meridian of the same side when it is acupunctured.
