摘 要:目的:寻求一种更为快捷、精确的下颌骨三维有限元模型建立方法。方法:应用薄层CT,Dicom标准和Mimics软件,结合Ansys三维有限元专用软件对157层,层厚为0.5mm的CT断层影像进行分析处理。结果:建立了更为精确,应用更为广泛的下颌骨三维有限元模型。使用Dicom标准和Mimics软件获取三维模型直接写入Ansys三维有限元软件,提高了建模效率。结论:薄层CT,Dicom标准的应用使得有限元模型的建立更为精确,同时Mimics软件直接建立三维模型,极大程度提高了建模效率。Objective: To explore an easier and more precise method for establishment of the three - dimensional(3D) finite element model of mandible. Methods: A mandible was scanned by thin - layer CT and the CT images were analyzed and managed with Dicom standard and Mimics software_ At the same time, the CT images were -also analyzed with Ansys software. Results: A 3D finite element model of mandible was established. Dicom standard and Mimics software were used to identify the CT images and write the digital data to Ansys software directly,which increased the efficiency of establishment of the 3D finite element model. Condusion: A more precise 3D finite element model of mandible is established, and Dicom standard and Mimics software can improve the efficiency of establishment of the 3D finite element model.
