摘　　要：根据国家有关法规对招标评标方法的原则要求,结合实际工作的经验,说明和分析了几种常见的评标方法及其适用范围,同时提出一种定量定性综合衡量的评标方法,即综合评议法。Based on the requirement of the state＇s laws and rules on bid evaluation, integrating with the practical experience, the paper illuminates and analyzes several common methods of judgment of bid and it＇s scope of application. Simuhaneously, the paper proposes a new method on judgment of bid with combining quantity and quality, which is called comprehensive judgment method.
