摘　　要：目的为了修订更适合于中国军人的集体效能感量表。方法采用分层随机取样法对抽取的15名陆军军人进行结构式访谈。结果将15名军人对访谈内容的答案进行归纳。结论对访谈结果进行整理,并以此为参照修订了适合于中国军人(陆军)集体效能感测量的高信、效度量表。Objective To revise the scale of perceived collective-efficacy that can suit Chinese army soldier better.Methods The 15 soldiers selected through a hierarchical sampling method were treated by an un-structured interview.Results The answer of all the 15 soldiers was put m order.Conclusion Through the answer, the scale of perceived collective-efficacy that can suit Chinese soldier has been revised and it has not only high reliability but also high validity.
