扶正增效方配合放疗治疗非小细胞肺癌疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察扶正增效方配合放疗对非小细胞肺癌患者疗效及生活质量的影响。方法:观察组32例,采用扶正增效方配合放疗,持续至放疗结束;对照组30例,行单纯放疗。两组治疗前后分别进行近期疗效、不良反应、卡氏评分、生活质量的评估。结果:治疗后,观察组Kanofsky评分显著高于对照组;对防治放疗引起的副反应如白细胞下降、肺以及皮肤方面,观察组优于对照组;观察组在认知功能、呼吸困难、吞咽困难、咳嗽方面显著优于对照组。结论:扶正增效方可提高非小细胞肺癌患者放疗的生活质量,减轻毒副作用,可作为非小细胞肺癌放疗的辅助用药。Objective：To observe the complementary effect of Fuzheng Zengxiao Fomular combining with radiotherapy in non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC） patients and their quality of life （QOL）.Methods：Thirty-two cases in Fuzheng Zengxiao group received Fuzheng Zengxiao Fomular that persistently used throughout the radiotherapy.Thirty cases in control group received radiotherapy only.All cases had examination on curative effect, side effects, Kanofsky score,QOL before and after treatment.Results：Fuzheng Zengxiao group were notablely better than the control group at Kanofsky score,side effects such as white blood cell decrease,lung and skin function,congnition,dyspnea and cough.Conclusion：Fuzheng Zengxiao Fomular can improve QOL of NSCLC with radiotherapy,lessens side effects.It is an ideal assistant medication in .NSCLC cancer radiotherapy.
