摘  要:目的探讨CA15-3、CA125、CEA 3项肿瘤标志物联合检测对乳腺癌早期诊断和鉴别诊断的意义。方法采用电化学发光免疫分析技术(ECLIA)检测78例乳腺癌患者血清中CA15-3、CA125、CEA等肿瘤标志物的含量,并统计其阳性检出率。结果乳腺癌患者血清中CA15-3、CA125、CEA的含量分别为(78.75±51.28)IU/mL(、55.49±23.65)IU/mL、(30.17±12.15)μg/L,阳性率分别为77.94%,38.23%,41.17%,敏感性和特异性分别为77.94%和95.63%,38.23%和89.57%,41.17%和93.91%。3项指标联合检测的敏感性和特异性为90.76%和96.83%。结论CA15-3、CA125、CEA等肿瘤标志物联合检测能提高乳腺癌早期诊断和鉴别诊断的敏感性,同时又有较好的特异性,是一组效果较为理想的联合指标,具有一定的临床应用价值。Objective It is to discuss the significance of CA15 -3, CA125 and CEA combined detected on early diagnosis and differential diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods Serum levels of CA15 - 3, CA125 and CEA in 78 patients with breast cancer were measured with ECLIA and their positive rate was counted. Results The serum levels of CA15 - 3, CA125 and CEA in 78 patients with breast cancer were respectively (78.75±51.28) IU/mL, (55.49±23.65) IU/mL and (30.17±12.15) μg/L. The positive rates were respectively 77.94 %, 38.23 % and 41.17 %. The sensitivities and specificities were respectively 77.94 % and 95.63 %, 38.23 % and 89.57 %, 41.17 % and 93.91%. The sensitivity and specificity of combined determination of three indexes were 90.76 % and 96.83 %. Conclusion CA15 - 3, CA125 and CEA combined detected not only can increase the sensitivity of early diagnosis and differential diagnosis of breast cancer, but also has better specificity. CA15 - 3, CA125 and CEA are ideal combined indexes and have definite clinical application value,
