新型国产两用望远镜助视器在低视力康复中的应用

摘　　要：目的评价新型国产便携式或眼镜式两用望远镜助视器的临床应用价值。设计回顾性病例系列研究。研究对象低视力门诊就诊的低视力患者98例(188眼),其中盲38眼,低视力142眼。方法戴用望远镜助视器,观察患者远视力的改变。主要指标视力、脱盲(远视力≥0.05)率、脱残(远视力≥0.3)率。结果60例(115眼)选用单筒便携式望远镜,9例(15眼)选用单筒眼镜式助视器,29例(58眼)选用双筒眼镜式助视器。38眼盲中33眼远视力≥0.05,脱盲率为86.8%;142眼低视力中115眼视力≥0.3,脱残率为81.0%;远视力≥0.5者47眼(占33.1%)。结论新型国产两用望远镜助视器具有较高的临床使用价值,可作为低视力患者看远常用的助视器。Objective To evaluate the value of new type of homemade telescope in low vision patients. Design Retrospectivecase series. Participants Ninety-eight patients with visual impairment, including 38 blind eyes and 142 low vision eyes. Methods Patients wore the new type of 2.5X monocular or binocular telescopes to improve the distant vision. Main Outcome Measures Vision, percentage of eyes with distant vision≥0.05, and percentage of eyes with distant vision≥0.3. Results 86.8 96 of the total 38 blind eyes got rid of the blindness, and 81.0 96 of the total 142 low vision eyes was released from the visual impairment. Vision were equal to or better than 0.5 in 33.1% （47 eyes） of low vision patients. Conclusion The new type of 2.5X monocular or binocular telescopes can effectively improve the distant vision of low vision patients.
