活血养阴法在声带息肉摘除术后的临床运用

摘　　要：目的探索声带息肉摘除术后促进声带康复,防止复发的有效治疗方法。方法纤维支气管镜下声带息肉摘除术后患者74例,治疗组38例,运用桃红四物汤合玄麦甘桔汤加减治疗,36例对照组单纯西药治疗,比较两组疗效。结果随机分为两组。治疗组痊愈36例(94.7%),好转2例(5.3%);对照组痊愈33例(91.7%),显效例(5.6%)。两组疗效差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论声带息肉摘除术后部分患者予以活血养阴之中药,可以替代抗生素与激素的作用。Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of blood-quickening Yinnourishing method for post-operative treatment in cases undergone surgical remove for polyp of vocal cord. Methods 74 cases with polyp of vocal cord undergone surgical remove under bronchofiberoscope were randomly divided into two groups,with 38 cases in treating group（TG） treated by Peack Kernel and Carthamus Four Agents Decoction combined with Scrophularia, Ophiopogon,Licorice and Platycodon Decociton,and 36 cases in controlling one （CG） treated by chemical drugs following the operation. Then ,the therapeutic effects were compared between the 2 groups of cases. Results The cured rate was 94.7%（36/38）and the effective rate was 5.3% （2/38） for cases in TG, while these two rates were 91.7 % （33/36） and 5.6 % （2/36） respectively for cases in CG, with no significant differences among these rates between the two groups. Conclusion Herbal therapy holds similar therapeutic effects on cases undergone surgical remove of vocal cord polyp for their post-operative treatment as that of chemical drugs.
