羟基喜树碱联合5Fu/CF治疗晚期大肠癌临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察应用羟基喜树碱联合5Fu/CF化疗治疗晚期大肠癌的近期疗效及不良反应。方法将24例晚期大肠癌随机分为两组。治疗组:羟基喜树碱(HCPT)8mg/m2iv.d1～5,甲酰四氢叶酸钙200mgivd1～5,5-氟尿嘧啶500mg/m2ivd1～5,对照组:5F+CF用法用量同治疗组。以上方案每四周重复。结果治疗组有效率41.6%,对照组有效率33.3%,主要不良反应为消化系统,血液系统,多为Ⅰ、Ⅱ度,患者耐受好。结论HCPT联合方案治疗晚期大肠癌安全有效,值得临床进一步观察研究。[Objective] To observe the efficacy and toxicity of combination chemotherapy with HCPT/CF/5Fu in advanced colorectal cancer. [Methods] 24 patients with advanced colorectal cancer were randomly devided into two groups. The treatment group was treated using HCPT 8 mg/m 2. iv dl-5,CF 200 mg iv dl-5, 5Fu 500 mg iv dl -5. The control group was treated using CF/5Fu regimen, all repeated every 4 weeks. [Results] The overall response rate of the treatment group was 41.6%, whilethe control group was 33.3%. The main toxicity was gastrointestinal reaction and myelosuppression, but it was tolerable in most of the patients. [Conclusion] The combination regimen with HCPT is safe and effective for advanced colorectal cancer, it＇s worthy of further clinical trail.
