摘 要:以泽蛙蝌蚪为实验材料,采用联合指数相加法,研究了Cu,Zn和三唑磷对泽蛙蝌蚪的急性毒性及联合毒性效应。结果表明Cu,Zn和三唑磷对泽蛙蝌蚪的急性毒性顺序为Cu>三唑磷>Zn。Cu对泽蛙蝌蚪24,48和96h的半致死浓度分别为0.98,0.70和0.43mg/L;Zn对泽蛙蝌蚪24,48和96h的半致死浓度分别为60.0,51.0和46.5mg/L;三唑磷对泽蛙蝌蚪24,48和96h的半致死浓度分别为5.63,5.47和5.30mg/L。联合毒性实验结果表明Cu与Zn的联合毒性为协同作用;Cu与三唑磷的联合毒性为拮抗作用;Zn与三唑磷,Cu与Zn及三唑磷同时共存时的联合毒性,24h时为拮抗作用,48和96h时为协同作用。The additive index of coeffects was used to study the toxicities of Cu-Zn, Cu-triazophos, Zn-triazophos and Cu-Zn-triazophos on Rarta limnocharis Boie tadpole. The acute toxicities of Cu, Zn and triazophos were in the sequence of Cu〉triazophos〉Zn. The 24, 48 and 96 h median lethal concentrations of Cu were 0.98, 0.70 and 0.43 mg/L respectively; the 24, 48 and 96 h median lethal concentrations of Zn were 60.0, 51.0 and 46.5 mg/L; the 24, 48 and 96 h median lethal concentrations of triazophos were 5.63, 5.47 and 5.30 mg/L. The additive toxicity of Cu- Zn was shown to be synergism, while that of Cu-triazophos was antagonistic ; that of Zn-triazophos and Cu-Zn-triazophos was antagonistic when the tadpole was exposed to mixtures for 24 h; but that was synergism for 48 and 96 h.
