摘　　要：德法并举的治国理念,借鉴和吸收了古今中外“法治”和“德治”中的有益成分。“依法治国”和“以德治国”之间存在着互相依存、相辅相成的辩证关系。要加强社会主义法制建设和道德建设,把我国建设成富强、民主、文明的现代化国家。The theory of running the country by law and by virtue learns and absorbs the traditional quintessence of the ruling practices by law and by virtue of different countries in the world of all times. Running the country by law and by virtue is interdependent and complementary to each other with a dialectical relationship. We should combine both of them closely to make full use of them so as to build PRC into a rich, free and civilized modem country step by step.
