摘  要:以酶为催化剂,正丁醇与正丁酸一步反应可合成丁酸丁酯,本实验考察了不同类型的酶催化剂和普通催化剂、酶催化剂用量、醇酸摩尔比、反应温度、反应时间等因素对合成酯收率的影响.优化的反应条件为:醇酸摩尔比为1.3:1.0, 酶催化剂用量为4.0%(w),反应时间为30 min,反应温度25~35 ℃,酯产率可达84.1%.Under the condition of phase transfer catalysis, with quatemary ammonicem salt as catalyest and isopropyl chloroacetate as reactants to synthesize isopropyl chloroacetate in one step, this experiment studied the influence of different catalysis, amount of catalysis, reaction temperature and times etc, on the production rate of synthesise, It showed that the optimun reaction condition was that the molar ratio of alcohol to acid was 1,3, the mass ratio of the catalyst used to the reaction was 4.0%, while the reaction was 30 minutes, and temperature was 25-35℃. Under this condition ,the yield of isopropyl chloroacetate is 84.1%.
