摘　　要：论述了转8A型转向架侧架立柱磨耗板的热处理工艺,分析了2种不同热处理工艺对磨耗板组织的影响。试验结果表明,45钢经预先热处理再淬火及回火后能够获得性能良好、细小均匀的回火板条马氏体,可以提高磨耗板的使用性能。The heat treatment technology of the column wear plates of Zhuan 8A bogie frames is described, and the effects of two different heat treatment technologies on the wear plate structure are analyzed. The test results show that the fine and even tempered lamellar martensite with good performance can be obtained when the No. 45 steel being quenched and tempered after preliminary heat treatment, and the application performance of the wear plate can be improved.
