摘 要:提出将线型激光垂直照射于处于冷床上的棒材,通过面阵CCD摄像机采集激光图像,并对激光线条进行细化处理后,用BP神经网络计算并恢复棒材截面上部分轮廓的空间坐标。另外,还提出局部轮廓形心的概念,根据棒材的部分轮廓得到棒材形心的分布,通过聚类方法确定棒材形心的数目,从而得到棒材的数目。分析讨论了棒材出现叠摞现象时的计数追加方法。A new technique is presented. The principle is at first, the linear laser beam is projected vertically on steel bars on cooling bed, and then the laser beam images of steel bars are captured by a CCD area scan camera, after laser beams are thinned, the contour coordinates of steel bars are calculated with BP neural networks. In addition, the concept of partial contour center is also proposed that distribution of steel bar center is calculated according to partial contour of the steel bar, and then the number of centers of steel bars, which means number of steel bars, are counted based on clustering methods. Finally, the resolution of counting for piled up steel bars is discussed.
