肺癌磷酸酯酶蛋白与端粒酶逆转录酶表达的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨10号染色体上缺失与张力蛋白同源的磷酸酯酶蛋白(PTEN)和人端粒酶逆转录酶(hTERT)与肺癌发生发展中的关系。方法采用SP法检测80例肺癌、癌旁组织和正常肺组织标本中PTEN和hTERT的表达。结果80例肺癌组织中PTEN表达的阳性率为40%,癌旁组织为95%,正常肺组织为100%。PTEN的水平与肺癌的分化程度、淋巴结转移和肿瘤大小相关。肺癌组织中hTERT表达的阳性率为90.0%,癌旁组织为18.75%,正常肺组织为0。hTERT表达的水平与肺癌的分化程度、淋巴结转移和肿瘤大小无明显的相关。肺癌PTEN的表达与hTERT呈明显的负相关。结论PTEN和hTERT在肺癌中的表达密切相关,两者在肿瘤形成中可能存在着基因水平的内在联系。Objective To Analyze the relationship between PTEN and hTERT in the development of lung cancer. Methods The expression of PTEN and hTERT was detected in 80 cases of lung cancer, tumor adjacent tissues and normal lung tissues by immunohistochemistry, Results The positive rate of PTEN expression was 40 % in lung cancer tissues, 95 % in tumor adjacent tissues, and 100 % in normal lung tissues, respectively. The expression level of PTEN in lung cancer was related with the cell differentiation, lymph node metastasis and tumor size, The positive rate of hTERT expression was 90.0 % in lung cancer tissues, 18.75 % in tumor adjacent tissues, and 0 in normal lung tissues respectively. The expression of hTERT in lung cancer was not related with the cell differentiation, lymph node metastases and the tumor size. The expression of PTEN was negatively correlated with the expression of hTERT in lung cancer. Conclusion There was a close correlation between the expression of PTEN and hTERT in lung cancer.
