摘 要:采用Fe(NO3)3·9H2O晶体为原料,配成10%Fe(NO3)3溶液,并在溶液中加入少量氨水控制其pH值为2.0~2.5,通过喷雾干燥方法和球磨制备出纳米级氧化铁粉末.采用XRD、SEM、TEM对粉末相组成、晶粒尺寸、形貌和粒度进行表征.结果表明,通过喷雾干燥方法制备出来的粉末为非晶态,粉末煅烧后得到纳米晶α-Fe2O3,粉末的形貌为壳状或半片状,但粒度较大.通过球磨使粉末的粒度细化到20~60 nm.同时本文也研究了煅烧温度和时间对粉末晶粒大小的影响,提高煅烧温度对粉末晶粒长大影响较大,而延长煅烧时间对粉末晶粒长大几乎无影响.In this paper, nanometer ferrous oxides were synthesized by spray drying and mechanical alloying methods, utilizing Fe(NO3)3 solution with the pH value of 2.0~2.5 as precursor. Powder phase composition, grain size, morphology as well as particle size were investigated by XRD, SEM and TEM, respectively. The results show that spray dried powders appear to be amorphous phase, which will turn into nanocrystalline α-Fe2O3 with the shape of crust or semi-flake after calcining treatment. Coarse powders become finer with the particle size of 20~60nm after ball milling. In addition, the effects of calcining temperature and time on powder grain size were also investigated, the result exhibits that calcining temperature has more obvious influence on grain size, however, the effect of prolongation of calcining time on grain size is marginal.
