摘　　要：企业发展以“多元化”战略为好,还是“专业化”战略为重,这是一段时间以来人们热烈讨论的焦点问题。专业化与多元化是两种不同的企业发展战略,没有好坏、优劣之分,只有适合不适合之别。Whether the business development should center on the multi - lateral strategies or on the professional strategies has recently been a heated talk. They are only two options of the developmental strategies, one hardly being better than the other. Therefore the alternative of them is just a matter of which is more suitable to the development for the business.
