摘 要:用稀释滴种的定量方法,分别于甘露醇卵黄多黏菌素、马铃薯葡萄糖、伊红美 蓝、链球菌琼脂、CDC厌氧琼脂和营养琼脂中分离计数不同饵料投喂阶段在饱食和 空腹状态下养殖的日本鳗鲡肠道中细菌的数量和组成.结果表明:在空腹状态下,其 细菌数量约为103-107个/g;在饱食状态下约为104-108个/g.在空腹状态下其肠 道菌群组成以厌氧菌为主,其次为大肠菌群,再者为芽孢杆菌,未分离到肠球菌.在饱 食状态下其肠道菌群以厌氧菌为主,红虫投喂期其次为大肠菌群,而肠球菌占第三 位;白仔料投喂期大肠杆菌、肠球菌和芽孢杆菌的数量相当;黑仔、幼鳗、成鳗期芽孢 杆菌数量占第二,大肠杆菌数量占第三.在饱食和空腹状态下,其肠道菌群数量以红 虫投喂期的为最高,随着养殖时间的延长,肠道菌群数量下降.At saturated and vacuous status, the bacterial microbial distribution in the intestinal tract of Japonese eel at different culturing stage was investigated by selective media Mannitol Egg Yolk Polymyxin Agar, Potato Dextrose Agar, Eosin Methylene Blue Agar, KF Strerptococcus Agar, CDC Anaerobe Agar and Nutrient Agar. At vacuous status, the predominant microflora in the intestinal tract was anaerobic, then E. coli and the third , bacillus , while enterococcus was not isolated. At saturated status, the predominant microflora in the intestinal tract was anaerobic, the second (E. coli) ,and the third enterococcus at earth worm fed stage; the number of E. coli, enterococcus and bacillus was similar at white larva fed stage; the second was bacillus and the third E. coli at black larva fed , juvenile and adult fed stage. The maximal bacterial number in the intestinal was at earth worm fed stage, then it declined gradually with the growth of eel.
