前列腺素E1与多酶片联用治疗急性水肿性胰腺炎临床研究（Ⅰ）

摘　　要：应用前列腺素Ｅ１（ＰＧＥ１）联合多酶片（ＤＭ）治疗急性水肿性胰腺炎２５例，结果表明：联合用药组的腹痛缓解时间、腹痛消失时间以及血淀粉酶恢复正常时间等指标均短于单用ＰＧＥ１或ＤＭ组（Ｐ＜０．０１）The clincal treatment of 25 patients with acute panceratitis with prostaglandins E 1 (PGE 1) and complex pancretic enzem table (DM) is reported. These patients were treated by PGE 1 for injection and oral DM. The treatment group was compared with the group by PGE 1 for injection or with the group by oral DM alone. The results were as follows: The pain relaxation time ( [AKx-〗 ) in group treatment, PGE 1 and DM are 2.4 h , 13.4 h , and 24 h, respectively . The pain disapperance time ([AKx-〗 ) in group treatment, PGE 1 and DM are 8.04 h, 57.6 h and 48 h, respectively. The rate that blood amylase recovered to nomal level in group treatment, PGE 1 and DM are 96%, 40% and 54%, respectively. These results are very significance ( P <0 01). The mechanism of treatment of PGE 1 and DM was discussed.
