摘  要:海洋放线菌HSL-6能产生对金黄色葡萄球菌有强烈抑制作用的活性物质。对其发酵条件和理化性质进行了研究,正交实验证明,其产生抗菌活性物质的最佳条件:发酵培养基pH6.5、培养温度为28℃、振荡频率300r/min、发酵培养基配方为蔗糖2%、黄豆粉1.5%、酵母浸粉0.15%、CaCO30.05%、甘油0.20%;菌龄为36h,接种量为10%,发酵时间为96h;该抗菌活性物质具有较好的热稳定性、pH稳定性,易溶于氯仿,经薄层层析展开后在紫外光下具有发荧光的特点,纸电泳实验证实该物质是一种弱酸性物质。Marine actinomycete HSL-6 could produce a strongly inhibitive active substance against Staphylococcus aureus. Its fermentation conditions and physio-chemical properties were studied, It was proved through orthogonal experiments that the optimum culturing conditions for producing the antibiotic active substance were medium at pH 6,5, 28 ℃, 300 r/min of shaking, 2% cane sugar, 1,5% soybean powder, 0, 15% yeast extract, 0.05% CaCO3, 0.20% glycerol, inoculate with 36 hours' seed-age and 10% of inocula, and culture for 96 hours. It possesses fairly good heat and pH stabilities, and soluble in chloroform. After developed on thin layer chromatography it possesses the property of fluorescence. Paper electrophoresis has proved that it is a substance of weak acidity.
