摘　　要：企业不仅存在信息化的问题,也存在知识化的问题,企业知识化内容包括:人才的高素 质化、技术先进性、发展性、产品的智能化、人性化、营销的知识化、服务的知识化、管理的现 代化与个性化,等等。在此基础上,文章提出了企业知识化的策略,并指出,企业知识化还意味 着企业知识化管理。Not only are there progress in information of enterprise, but also there are progress in knowledge, and its contents include as follows： the high literacy of talent, the advancement and development of technology, the intelligence and humanity of product, the progress in knowledge of promotion, the progress in knowledge of service, the modernization and personality of management, etc. Based on this, this paper also puts of the progress in knowledge of enterprise and points out that the progress in knowledge of enterprise also indicates enterprise management in knowledge.
