摘　　要：本文针对《查新报告质量评定标准》一文提出了几点不同看法。认为查新报告形成过程 可分为四个阶段:查新项目基本信息的获取、相关信息采集(检索)、相关信息加工和新颖性判 断;将所提出的四个阶段分别对应于查新报告的各部分内容,并在此基础上设计了查新报告质量 评定的5类指标:基本信息的正确表述、相关信息的准确采集、相关文献的正确分析和著录、查 新结论客观、准确、清晰的表述和查新报告规范的文字表述;对各类指标内容提出了一些观点, 并对《查新报告质量评定标准》一文中的子指标设计提出了不同意见及修改建议。Several viewpoints differing from those of the paper “the standard of quality evaluation on novelty search reports” are presented. According to the viewpoints, the generation process of a novelty search report can be divided into four stages： acquisition of the basic information of the novelty search project, retrieval of the related information, processing of the related information and novelty judgement. Furthermore, five types of quality evaluation standard of novelty search reports are given： correct description of the basic information, accurate retrieval of the related information, correct analysis and expression of the related literature, objective, accurate and clear description of the novelty search conclusion, and normative writing of the novelty search report.
