套筒冠义齿修复重度牙周病伴多数牙缺失的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察牙周病伴多数牙缺失患者经双套筒冠义齿修复治疗后的临床效果.方法38例牙周病患者经牙周治疗后进行套筒冠义齿修复,共制作套筒冠义齿52件,基牙共计226颗,其中松动牙184颗,追踪观察时间为6～24个月.通过临床测定患牙修复前后牙周袋深度、牙齿松动度、骨密度变化和患者的主观感觉来确定疗效.结果38例牙周病患者经修复治疗后,随着时间的推移,绝大多数患牙牙周袋深度和松动度逐渐变小,骨密度增加,松动牙呈逐渐稳固趋势,患者的主观感觉满意.总有效率达到95%.结论套筒冠义齿用于牙周病的修复治疗具有较好的临床疗效.Objective To investigate the clinical effects on periodontal diseases with most teeth lost after telescopic denture treatment. Methods The changes of periodontal pocket depth, tooth mobility, bone density and patients＇ feelings were determined before and after prosthodontic treatment with 52 telescopic dentures in 38 patients who totally had 226 abutment teeth including 184 of mobility. The follow-up period varied from 6 to 24 months, Results After treatment, the depth of periodontal pocket and teeth mobility decreased, bone density increased. Most patients were satisfied with their dentures. Total rate of validity were 95%. Conclusion The telescopic denture is effective in prosthodontic treatment of periodontal disease.
