摘 要:目的:探明不同方法提取的蜂胶液中总黄酮含量及药理作用的差异。方法:测定了不同方法提取的蜂胶液中黄酮类化合物的含量;观察了黄酮类化合物含量较高的蜂胶醇提液和水提液对小鼠S180实体瘤模型、小鼠肉芽肿模型、大鼠急性关节炎模型和大鼠急性胸膜炎模型的影响。结果:在用乙醇提取时,80%的乙醇提取液中的黄酮类化合物含量最高,达51.4mg/mL;特有水提的黄酮类化合物含量是普通水提含量的6.7倍。在相同剂量的情况下,蜂胶水提液的抗炎和抗肿瘤效果与醇提液相比差异不大,甚至优于醇提液。结论:特有水提是一种理想的蜂胶提取方法。由于水提蜂胶易被机体吸收,副作用小且容易调味,故极具开发潜力。Objective: To determine and compare the flavonoids contents of propolls extracts extracted by different methods and their pharmacological effects. Methods : The flavonoids contents of different propolis extracts were determined, and the effects of propolis extracts with high flavonoids contents on S180 entlty-tumor mice, chronic tampon granuloma mice, acute pleurisy rats and acute arthritis rats were studied. Results: The 80% ethanolic extracted propolls had the highest flavonoids content and was up to 51.4 mg/mL; the flavones content in water extracts of propolls by special dealing method was as 6.7 times as that in water extracts of propolis dealing by general method. Compared to the ethanol extracts of propolls, the water extracts of propolis own the same or better effect of antl-tumor or anti-lnflammation at the same dose. Conclusion: Special water extraction is an idea method. Water extracts of propolis shows a great exploitation potential for its easily absorbtlon by organism, low side effect and easily seasoning.
