摘  要:采用三元Raney Ni合金催化剂进行麦芽糖加氢,考察了温度、压力、pH值、剂糖比和反应时间等因素对反应的影响.结果表明:使用三元Raney Ni催化剂RTH-311进行麦芽糖加氢,当反应温度为120~130℃、压力为9~10MPa、pH值为8.0、剂糖质量比为5%、反应时间为120~150min时,转化率可达98.8%以上.Ternary Raney Ni alloys were used as catalysts for the hydrogenation of maltose to produce maltol. The factors such as reaction temperature, pressure, value of pH, ratio of catalyst to maltose, and reaction time influencing on hydrogenation were investigated. The results showed that the conversion rate of maltose could reach above 98.8% with good chroma of product at temperature of 120 - 130℃ , hydrogen pressure of 9 - 10MPa, pH value of 8.0 and catalyst-to-maltose ratio of 5% by using ternary Raney Ni RTH-311 as catalyst.
