摘  要:目的探讨微粒子酶免法(MEIA)检测血清β-HCG在异位妊娠和滋养细胞疾病诊断中的临床应用价值。方法应用MEIA法检测43例异位妊娠患者、38例滋养细胞患者(包括葡萄胎患者25例,绒毛膜癌患者13例、29例非妊娠所致急腹症患者及53例正常早孕患者血清β-HCG水平,并与正常未孕妇女组比较。结果异位妊娠组血清β-HCG明显低于正常早孕组;与正常未孕组和非妊娠急腹症组之间比较,差异也有显著性意义(P<0.01)。滋养细胞疾病纽血清β-HCG则明显高于其余各组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论MEIA法测定血清β-HCG具有快速、准确的特点,对妊娠相关疾病的早期诊断和鉴别诊断具有重要意义。Objective To explore the clinical value of micropartical enzyme y (MEIA)in the diagnosis of illness associated with eetopic gestation and trophocytes by detection of serum β - HCG. Methods MEIA was used for detection of serum β- HCG from 43 ectopic gestation cases and 38 trophocyte cases including 25 hydatid mole cases, 13 choriocarcinoma eases, 29 acute abodomen cases and 53 normal early pregnant cases. The resuhs were compared with those of normal pregnants. Results The level of serum β - HCG in the eetopie gestation eases was obviously lower than those in the normal early pregnant eases, and there was significant difference as compared with those of non pregnant and normal acute abdomen cases (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion MEIA is rapid and accurate for detection of serum β - HCG, thus is of important significance in the early diagnosis and identification of illness associated with pregnancy.
