摘 要:目的:评价激光立体成形纯钛在人工唾液环境下的耐腐蚀性能。方法:采用动电位极化技术,在人工唾液(37℃,pH=6.8)环境中,进行激光立体成形纯钛电化学腐蚀实验,并以常规铸造成形的纯钛作为对照,描记两种纯钛极化曲线图,用扫描电镜观察电化学腐蚀后的界面,分析评估其耐腐蚀性能。结果:采用激光立体成形的纯钛试件与铸造件相比具有较正的自腐蚀电位,较小的自腐蚀电流密度,较低的致钝电位,并且都未出现破裂电位,扫描电镜显示激光立体成形纯钛无明显的腐蚀迹象。结论:用激光立体成形制备的纯钛试件具有较好的耐腐蚀性能,能满足口腔修复体的性能要求。Objective:To evaluate the anti-corrosion property of titanium fabricated by laser solid forming in. artificial saliva. Method:The corrosive behavior of titanium fabricated by casting and laser solid forming were studied by potentiadynamic polarization technique in artificial saliva at 37℃(pH= 6.8). According to the polarization curves given by the electrochemical corrosive measure system and the picture of corrosive plane give by SEM, the corrosive properties of different titanium were analyzed. Result:It is found that titanium fabricated by laser solid forming has more positive corrosion potential, smaller corrosion current density and lower passive potential, and does not shows evidence corrcsive phenomena. Conclusion: titanium fabricated by laser solid forming has good corrosive resistance in oral circumstances, and can meet the request of dental material.
