摘 要:目的:观察应用远红外辐射陶瓷作为盖髓剂进行盖髓术的临床疗效。方法:深龋患者90例110个恒牙应用自行研制的远红外辐射陶瓷作为盖髓剂进行直接盖髓术12个牙,间接盖髓术98个牙。对照组为深龋患者45例56个恒牙应用氢氧化钙糊剂作为盖髓剂进行直接盖髓术7个牙,间接盖髓术49个牙。术后0.5年、1年、2年进行随访,观察临床疗效。结果:全部病例均完成2年随访观察,治疗组(远红外辐射陶瓷组)成功率94.73%,对照组成功率85.71%,两组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。远红外辐射陶瓷盖髓组牙位分布及盖髓方式与临床疗效间无明显关系(P>0.05)。结论:远红外辐射陶瓷作为一种新型的盖髓材料具有无毒、无刺激性,无致畸性,无致癌性,生物相容性好,具有改善牙髓局部微循环,提高局部免疫功能及修复功能的作用,是一种较好的盖髓剂材料。Objective: to observe the clinical effect of far-infrared radiation ceramic applied in pulp capping. Method: 90 cases of 110 teeth with deep carries was pulp capping with self prepared far- infrared radiation ceramic in which 12 teeth is directly pulp capping and 98 teeth are indirectly pulp capping. 45cases of 56 tooth was served as control and pulp capping with calcium hydroxide in which 7 teeth is directly pulp capping and 49 teeth is indirectly pulp capping. The clinical effect was observerd in half and one and two years following . Result: with 2year following, success rate is 94.73% in ceramic group and 85,71% in control group, significant difference is found in the two group, the clinical effect was not related with the tooth position and capping methods. Conclusion: far-infrared radiation ceramic is a good capping materialis with good biocompatiability.
