摘　　要：运营效率是企业竞争力的核心表现要素之一,CAPEX控制作为提升电信运营商运营效率的重要手段,成为近年来我国电信运营商关注的热点问题。本文通过对当前我国电信运营商CAPEX水平偏高的原因剖析和现有CAPEX控制方法的风险研究,提出了我国电信运营商CAPEX控制的若干建议。Operation efficiency is one of the key indicators of the competitive ability of an enterprise. As a major way to improve the operation efficiency, CAPEX control has become a hot topic followed with interest by our telecommunication enterprises in recent years. This paper both shows the reasons for our telecommunication enterprises higher CAPEX compared with that in advanced countries and analyzes the potential risks in current CAPEX control methods. In the end, the paper puts forward several suggestions for our telecommunication enterprises CAPEX control.
