摘　　要：现代经纪学是研究经纪活动规律的经济学科,具有交叉性、边缘性.社会主义市场经济的建立和完善,为现代经纪学的建立提供了坚实的理论依据和实践基础.The character of the discipline of modern management is expounded on the basis of its relation to other economic disciplnes, and a beneficial inquiry is done into the theoretical and practical basis as a discipline of study.
