摘 要:目的探讨肿瘤患者血清IgG及其亚类的水平和它们之间的关系。方法用速率散射比浊法测定73例肿瘤患者IgG、IgG1、IgG2、IgG3、IgG4,并以48例健康者作对照。结果(1)IgG、IgG1、IgG3、IgG4两组差异无显著性(P>0.05);IgG2水平肿瘤组明显高于对照组,两组差异有显著性(P<0.05)。(2)IgG亚类的百分比,IgG1/IgG明显降低、IgG2/IgG明显升高,两组差异有显著性(P<0.05);IgG3/IgG、IgG4/IgG两组差异无显著性(P>0.05)。(3)早期和晚期患者IgG及IgG亚类水平的比较Ⅰ+Ⅱ期与Ⅲ+Ⅳ期IgG、IgG1、IgG2、IgG3、IgG4差异没有显著性(P>0.05)。结论肿瘤患者血清IgG无明显变化,但IgG亚类中IgG1的百分含量降低,IgG2的绝对量和百分含量均升高;早期和晚期肿瘤患者IgG、IgG1、IgG2、IgG3、IgG4变化与期别无关。Objective:To explore serum IgG and IgG subclass concentration of patients with malignant tumors and its clinical significance. Methods:Using rate scattered nephelometry ,IgG ,IgG1, IgG2 ,IgG3 ,IgG4 were determined in 73 cancer patients with carcinoma and compared with 48 healthy controls. Results: ( 1 ) For IgG. IgG1. IgG3, IgG4, there were no significant differences ( P 〉 0. 05). IgG2 increased in cancer patients and has significant difference from those in controls(P 〈0. 05). (2)The percent of IgG1/ IgG decreased,IgG2/IgG increased,the difference was significant from healthy controls( P 〈 0. 05 ). The changes of IgG3/IgG,IgG4/ IgG have no significant difference. (3)There was no significant difference between Ⅰ + Ⅱ stage and Ⅲ + Ⅳ stage for the patients' IgG, IgG1, IgG2, IgG3, IgG4. Conclusion:The serum IgG have no obvious variety, but the percent of subclass IgG1 gets down, the IgG2 absolute concentration and percent contain measure go up. Between the earlier period and the late period of the tumor, the change of IgG, IgG1 ,IgG2 ,IgG3, IgG4 were irrelevant with period.
