摘　　要：目的应用彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)评价原位肝移植(OLT)患者的肝血流动力学的改变及并发症的发生。方法应用CDFI对45例患者进行术前、术中和术后检查及监测。结果1周之内的移植肝脏血管重建显示再通良好。肝动脉峰值流速明显降低,门静脉平均流速略高于正常人,对OLT术后肝动脉(HA)狭窄、门静脉(PV)及下腔静脉(IVC)血栓及胆道等并发症可作出较为特异性的诊断。结论CDFI对OLT患者血流动力学监测及并发症的早期诊断和鉴别诊断具有重要参考价值。Objective：To explore the value of CDFI （Color Doppler Flow Imaging）in monitoring the hepatic hemodynamic change and occurance of complication in orthotopic liver transplantation. Methods：45 patients received CDFI examination pre - and post liver transplantation. Results ： CDFI showed that all vascular reconstruction were fine and the peak velocity of hepatic artery decreased rapidly while the portal vein velocity is a bit higher than that of normal person within one week of transplantation. CDFI could make a distinguished diagonsis of transplantation. Conclusion ： CDFI could provide an important information for hemodynamic change and early diagnosis of complication in liver transplantation.
