摘　　要：目的:建立硫酸阿托品片含量及含量均匀度的HPLC测定方法。方法:采用ZORBAXSB-C18柱(4.6×250mm,5μm),甲醇-0.01mol·L-1庚烷磺酸钠溶液-冰醋酸(50∶50∶2)为流动相,检测波长为225nm。结果:线性范围为0.6～6μg(r=0.9998),平均回收率为100.3%,RSD为1.6%。结论:本法简便、快速,结果准确,适用于硫酸阿托品片的质量控制。Objective：To determine the contents and content uniformity for Atropine Sulfate Tablets. Method：A ZORBAX SBC18 column（4.6 × 250mm, 5μm）was used,with a moblie phase of methanol-0.01mol. L^-1 of sodium heptanesulfonate solutionacetic acid（50 ： 50 ： 2）. The detection wavelength was 225 nm. Results：The standard curve was linear over the ranges of 6-60μg with the correlation coefficient 0. 9998. The mean recovery was 100.3% ,RSD was 1.6%. Conclusion：The method was simple ,rapid and accurate. It can be used for controlling the quality of Atropine Sulfate Tablets.
